Monster Mash DIPA is not for the faint of heart. At 8.5% ABV it's our biggest beer outside the imperial stout, and we've built it around Citra, Cascade, and Nugget — a hop combination that hits hard from every angle.
Nugget lays down a firm, resinous bitterness. Cascade brings floral citrus and grapefruit. Citra explodes with tropical fruit on the finish. Despite the complexity, it drinks deceptively smooth — the hallmark of a well-made Double IPA. Just don't forget what you're drinking.
Spicy food, strong cheeses, charcuterie, and rich meaty dishes. The bold bitterness handles big flavors without flinching. Also great on its own as a sipper.
