The Burdin Russian Imperial Stout is our statement beer. Named after the Burdin family roots, it's an inky black, full-bodied imperial stout that pours like motor oil and tastes like a dessert. Dark chocolate, espresso, dried dark fruit, and a warming alcohol presence that builds slowly.
At 9.5% ABV and 76 IBU it demands your attention and rewards patience. Pour it into a tulip glass, let it warm slightly, and discover new layers as it opens up. This is a beer to sit with, not to rush. A small-batch release — when it's on tap, don't miss it.
