Krush It! APA was built around two hops — Krush and Citra — and the tropical storm they create together. Mango, guava, and lime zest pour out of the glass in a way that feels almost too good for a 5.5% beer.
It's approachable enough for casual drinkers but interesting enough for hop heads. Balanced bitterness at 40 IBU keeps it from being too sweet, and the dry finish makes it dangerously sessionable. This one never lasts long on tap.
Fish tacos, ceviche, spicy chicken, mango salad, and anything with tropical flavors. The fruity hops echo well with fresh, acidic, or spicy dishes.
