Daywalker is our take on the New England IPA — the style that turned the craft beer world upside down. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Thick, opaque haze. Tropical fruit bursting out of the glass before you even take a sip.
Citra and Mosaic hops are loaded in at whirlpool and dry hop, giving Daywalker its signature juice-bomb character without harsh bitterness. At 7.1% it drinks dangerously easy — hence the name.
Spicy Thai or Filipino food, fish tacos, fresh mango salad, grilled prawns, and soft ripened cheeses. The tropical hops love anything with heat or acid to play against.
