Dragon's Blood Sour is brewed with locally grown dragon fruit from Negros Oriental — the very island it calls home — paired with a hint of raspberry for a vibrant, fruit-forward sour. The result is a tantalizing fusion of puckering tartness and fruity indulgence, with a deep magenta hue that's as striking as the flavor.
At PCBA 2025, it took home both the Gold Medal in its category and the overall Champion Beer of the Philippines — the highest honor in Philippine craft brewing.
