The Sunset Amber is exactly what it sounds like — a warm, golden-copper ale with the kind of easy-going malt character that makes you want to sit on the terrace and watch the day end. Smooth caramel sweetness, toasty notes from Caramunich and chocolate wheat, and just enough hops to keep it balanced.
At 6.0% it has a bit more body than a session beer, which is a feature, not a bug. This is the beer for the golden hour — unhurried, satisfying, and pretty in the glass.
