We don't mess with the classics. The German Pilsner is brewed as close to the Reinheitsgebot tradition as we can get in the Philippines — single-hopped with Hallertauer Tradition, lagered cold, and served as crisp and clean as the mountain air around us.
At 5.0% it's light enough to drink all afternoon but with enough Hallertauer bitterness to feel like a proper beer. This is the one for people who say they don't like craft beer — it changes minds every time.
Grilled pork, sausages, light salads, fish, and anything fried. The clean bitterness cuts through oil beautifully. Also excellent on its own on a hot afternoon.
